MSL CONSULTANTS has its own specific Fraud Policy and this page is to publicly inform you of it.

Credit and charge card fraud costs cardholders, banks, and businesses hundreds of millions of
dollars each year. It is also ILLEGAL.

MSL Consultants has zero tolerance for any form of Credit Card fraud and we have implemented some
extra measures to ensure it doesn't occur. This protects both YOU as well as our business.

Disputing a charge from our company for a call that you placed with our service is illegal and considered
Credit Card Fraud. All calls are logged to our toll free telephone bills and our record keeping skills are advanced.

MSL Consultants take credit card fraud very seriously. We cooperate completely with local, state and
federal law enforcement officials to apprehend groups or individuals committing credit card fraud.

Whether it be in-state or across state lines, credit card fraud is a FEDERAL crime that is investigated by the
FBI and prosecuted by the Department of Justice. By mandate of law, we are required to report such abuses
and we happily comply with that mandate.
